Multi-site Program Demonstrates Threefold Increase in Rehabilitation Training Dose, With 84% Delivered Independently and Significant Improvements Across Functional Measures
GENEVA, SWITZERLAND - October 14, 2026 - MindMaze Therapeutics (SIX: MMTX), a global leader in scalable precision neurotherapeutics, today announced new real-world evidence from a multi-site program conducted with Vibra Healthcare, presented yesterday at the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine (ACRM) in Washington, DC.
The program demonstrated that home-based rehabilitation using MindMotion increased total motor-training dose by a median factor of three compared with usual outpatient therapy alone. 84% of active training was completed independently, without direct therapist supervision. Participants also showed statistically significant improvements in functional independence, balance, mobility and cognition, alongside high patient satisfaction.
Building on previously reported inpatient results with Vibra Healthcare, the findings further support MindMaze Therapeutics' strategy to extend high-dose, high-intensity neurorehabilitation into patients' homes. This is particularly relevant to the Company's upcoming launch of MindMotion Lite, expected by year-end 2026. Recently announced, the tablet-based solution is designed to deliver the full range of MindMotion GO neurotherapeutic activities with substantially reduced hardware requirements, simplifying home deployment and supporting broader adoption by healthcare providers.
“Earlier this year, we showed that MindMaze's high-dose, high-intensity therapy, integrated into inpatient rehabilitation, delivers superior functional outcomes in a resource-efficient way,” said Zach Henderson, CEO of MindMaze Therapeutics. “Now, we are demonstrating that this value can extend into the home to address a well-recognized gap in care once patients leave the clinic, in line with the 2026 AHA/ASA Guideline for Adult Stroke Rehabilitation and Recovery. These results, combined with our upcoming MindMotion Lite tablet-based solution, will help make high-quality neurotherapeutics more accessible. Together, these milestones bring us closer to our mission of making neurotherapeutics available at scale.”
Study Design and Results
The retrospective, multi-site quality improvement program evaluated 177 rehabilitation episodes involving 172 adults with a range of neurological conditions, primarily stroke, across four Vibra Healthcare outpatient sites, without a control group. Participants followed an eight-week home-training program using MindMotion GO, with an optional four-week extension and periodic therapist supervision.
Key findings included:
Training dose: Patients completed an average of 174 minutes of active training per week, with 84.4% delivered asynchronously. The additional home training increased total motor-training dose by a median factor of 3.0 compared with usual outpatient therapy alone, based on published assumptions for active practice during usual care.
Feasibility and engagement: 92.7% successfully completed home setup, while 80.2% achieved the predefined minimum training exposure. Among surveyed participants, 83.8% of satisfaction ratings were positive.
Functional outcomes: Statistically significant pre–post improvements were observed in independence (Barthel Index: +10.4 points), balance (Berg Balance Scale: +10.5 points), cognition (SLUMS: +3.4 points) and mobility (Timed Up and Go: −8.8 seconds) among participants with available paired assessments.

DUSSELDORF, GERMANY - October 14, 2026 - Gerresheimer, an innovative system and solution provider and a global partner for the pharma, biotech and cosmetic industries, has once again been awarded Gold by the sustainability rating provider EcoVadis. EcoVadis evaluates the management systems of companies worldwide in the categories of environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. More than 175,000 companies are evaluated by EcoVadis each year. In the latest rating, Gerresheimer increased its score from 78 (2025) to 82 out of 100 points. This places Gerresheimer among the top 5% of all companies rated by EcoVadis and within the top 2% in its industry. With this rating result, Gerresheimer underscores its progress in consistently implementing its sustainability targets.
"With the improved EcoVadis rating and our first voluntary report based on the CSRD, we are making our sustainability performance measurable and transparent for our customers," explains Wolf Lehmann, CFO of Gerresheimer AG. "We remain committed to consistently pursuing our ambitious sustainability targets in the future."
Gerresheimer among the top 2% in its industry
Since 2011, Gerresheimer has relied on EcoVadis to have its sustainability management independently assessed across four different dimensions. In 2022, Gerresheimer achieved Gold status for the first time with a score of 68 out of 100 points and continued to improve its overall rating in the following years. In 2026, the company once again increased its score to 82 out of 100 points, placing Gerresheimer not only among the top 5% of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis but also within the top 2% in the industry. Gerresheimer performs particularly well in the area of sustainable procurement. Here, Gerresheimer ranks among the top 1% in the industry, underscoring the importance of responsible supply chains for its own sustainability performance.
Internationally recognized sustainability rating
EcoVadis’ comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assessment framework is based on internationally recognized standards such as the UN Global Compact, the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the ISO 26000 standard, the CERES Principles, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. The EcoVadis rating thus covers a wide range of information on companies performance in the areas of the environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement, while taking industry-specific characteristics into account.
Ambitious sustainability targets
Gerresheimer has set ambitious goals to achieve measurable progress in the areas of climate protection, the circular economy, responsible supply chains, and social responsibility. With clear performance indicators, transparent reporting, and independent assessments, Gerresheimer ensures that progress is documented comprehensively and can be compared with international benchmarks.
For the 2025 financial year, Gerresheimer has, for the first time, voluntarily submitted an audited, non-financial consolidated report based on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). In doing so, the company has significantly advanced the structure of its sustainability reporting. The report is available for download here.
In addition, Gerresheimer discloses relevant data annually on the EcoVadis platform and as part of the CDP rating. MSCI, Sustainalytics, and ISS also evaluate the company’s sustainability performance. An overview of Gerresheimer’s external sustainability assessments is available here.

CVS Caremark: Why Transparency Matters in Pharmacy Benefits
Mon, 10/19/2026 - 08:15
Body
Originally published on CVS Health Company Newsroom
Key points
87% of employers say improving cost transparency is one of the biggest opportunities for PBMs
CVS Caremark offers tools and solutions that provide greater visibility into pharmacy spending and cost drivers
Understanding what drives health care costs has become increasingly important across the health care system. Employers, patients, providers and policymakers are looking for clearer insights into spending, treatment options and strategies that can help make medications and care more affordable and accessible.
Key findings from the CVS Caremark-Employee Benefit News study on PBM transparency
Recent research conducted by CVS Caremark and Employee Benefit News (EBN) highlights the growing importance of transparency in pharmacy benefits management. In The State of Pharmacy Management survey, 87% of employers said improving cost transparency represents one of the biggest opportunities for pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), reflecting growing demand for clearer information and greater predictability when managing pharmacy benefits.
For many employers, transparency is about making more informed decisions. While most employers report concerns about medication costs, only a minority believe they have significant influence over pharmacy spending. The survey also found that only 24% believe medication costs are fully transparent, highlighting the need for clearer information across the health care system.
As health care becomes more complex, employers increasingly want partners that can help them understand not only what they are spending, but what is driving those costs. In the survey, employers identified visibility into pharmacy spending, benefit navigation support and access to affordable medications as key areas where PBMs can provide additional value.
How CVS Caremark is bringing greater transparency to pharmacy benefits
CVS Caremark is addressing these needs through tools designed to provide more informed benefit decisions. One example is CVS Caremark TrueCost™, which offers a pricing model focused on predictability, accountability, and greater understanding of how pharmacy benefit dollars are spent.
Transparency also means giving employers better access to information. CVS Caremark's myPBM platform helps clients monitor pharmacy benefit trends, plan performance and cost drivers, helping identify opportunities for savings and optimize benefit strategies.
Transparency can also make health care easier to navigate for patients and providers. When prescribers and pharmacists have access to Real-Time Benefits information and lower-cost alternatives, they can help patients better understand their options before arriving at the pharmacy counter. CVS Caremark has also expanded reporting capabilities that provide clients with greater visibility into drug pricing, rebates, and member costs.
CVS CostVantage® and CVS Health's broader approach to transparency
Across CVS Health, similar efforts are helping bring greater simplicity to the broader health care system. CVS CostVantage®, for example, is designed to align pharmacy reimbursement more closely with the underlying cost of medications and the services pharmacists provide. CVS Health describes the model as an important step toward greater transparency and sustainability across the pharmacy ecosystem.
The CVS Caremark-EBN survey findings point to a broader trend across health care: employers are seeking more than cost management alone. They want clearer information, practical tools and greater confidence that they understand where health care dollars are going and how benefit decisions affect affordability, access and employee health.
As health care continues to evolve, transparency will remain an important part of helping employers navigate change. By combining data-driven insights, enhanced reporting, point-of-care cost information and solutions such as TrueCost™, CVS Caremark is helping bring greater transparency to pharmacy benefits and support more informed health care decisions.
