African Collaborations Group (ACG) (www.ACGafrica.com), the leading strategic project origination and collaboration platform focused on the industrialisation of sport in Africa through the origination of bankable sport and entertainment district ecosystems, today announced the appointment of Grégoire Ndjaka to its Advisory Board.
Mr Ndjaka is Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the African Union of Broadcasting (AUB), the continental federation of Africa's national radio and television organisations. Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Dakar, the AUB brings together 86 members across the continent and beyond. It operates in four official languages (English, French, Arabic and Portuguese), positioning it as the pan-African anchor point for public service broadcasting, media exchange and continental audiovisual policy.
First elected CEO of the AUB in January 2016 and re-elected for a four-year term in June 2022, Mr Ndjaka brings over three decades of professional experience as a senior journalist and media executive. He previously served as Director of Human Resources and Advisor to the Director-General of Cameroon Radio Television (CRTV), and holds two Master's degrees in Human Rights and Humanitarian Emergencies and in Project Management from the Catholic University of Central Africa. He is a fellow of the Japan Foundation.
Under his leadership, the AUB has driven a continental broadcasting agenda that spans preferential satellite tariffs for member organisations, capacity-building programmes across African media, the coordination of major continental broadcasting rights arrangements, and public service media reform. He is a member of the World Broadcasting Unions alongside his European (EBU), Asian (ABU), North American (NABA) and Caribbean (CBU) counterparts.
His appointment to the ACG Advisory Board brings to the platform the continental broadcasting layer that any sport and entertainment district project requires to reach African and global audiences. Sport and entertainment districts, at the scale ACG is originating, depend on structured broadcast distribution across national public service broadcasters, negotiated media rights frameworks, and coordinated continental coverage — the very layers that the AUB convenes on behalf of its 86 member broadcasters. Mr Ndjaka's appointment ensures that ACG's work is aligned from the outset with the continental broadcasting architecture that determines the reach, revenue and cultural resonance of large sport and entertainment properties in Africa.
His appointment brings to the ACG Advisory Board an unmatched combination of pan-African media leadership, deep relationships across national broadcasters and public service media, and continental policy positioning in the audiovisual sector — capabilities directly relevant to originating and structuring large-scale sport and entertainment district projects across the African continent.
"Grégoire Ndjaka brings to our Advisory Board the continental broadcasting layer that no serious African sport and entertainment district project can be conceived without. The reach, cultural resonance and financial return of these projects depend on how well they connect to the pan-African public service broadcasting architecture, and the AUB is the continental anchor point for that architecture. His presence on our Advisory Board is a genuine strategic asset," said Nicolas Pompigne-Mognard (www.Pompigne-Mognard.com), Founder and Executive Chairman of ACG.
The ACG Advisory Board provides strategic guidance as ACG originates and structures large-scale sport and entertainment district projects across the continent, aligning governments, development finance institutions (DFIs), investors, sport bodies and infrastructure partners to support the development of financially sustainable, mixed-use district ecosystems.
Africa's sport economy is projected to reach $20 billion by 2035, yet the continent continues to lack the integrated district ecosystems required to support large-scale development. ACG addresses this gap by originating bankable sport and entertainment district projects, moving beyond single-venue development models towards mixed-use, revenue-generating and financially sustainable district ecosystems.
Through its collaborative model, ACG convenes governments, PPP authorities and regulators, development finance institutions, private investors, developers, designers and engineers, legal and transaction advisors, operators, sport federations and leagues, event promoters, media and broadcast partners, academic institutions and host communities, creating structured pathways from concept to feasibility, bankability and delivery.

Guangzhou, China, Oct 23, 2026 - Airwheel, an intelligent mobility brand specializing in smart rideable suitcases, is continuing its showcase at the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), following strong buyer interest, orders and cooperation discussions during Phase 1. At Phase 2, Airwheel is presenting a range of smart rideable 20inch luxury suitcase and engaging with international buyers to explore new market opportunities.
Phase 2: Booth 20.2F19–20
Airwheel will also participate in Phase 3, extending its exhibition presence and presenting its broader smart rideable suitcase portfolio alongside its latest product innovations.
Phase 3: Booths 20.2J37–38, 20.2K11–12 and 18.1K04
As one of the world's major international trade exhibitions, the Canton Fair provides a platform for businesses to connect with global buyers, exchange market insights and explore new product opportunities. For Airwheel, the response during Phase 1 highlighted growing international interest in smart rideable luxury cabin suitcase as an emerging category of travel equipment.
Strong Phase 1 Interest Paves the Way for Continued Engagement
During Phase 1 of the 140th Canton Fair, Airwheel showcased multiple smart rideable suitcase models, attracting visitors through live demonstrations, product presentations and hands-on riding experiences.
Unlike conventional luggage, Airwheel's smart rideable suitcases integrate electric drive technology, riding controls and intelligent features into a travel-oriented design. By allowing visitors to experience the products firsthand, Airwheel makes their functionality and potential applications easier to understand.
Throughout the exhibition, visitors could be seen riding the suitcases around the Airwheel booth and through designated exhibition areas, creating a distinctive presence on the show floor.
For many international buyers encountering this product category for the first time, the ability to ride a hand suitcase offered an immediate introduction to Airwheel's approach to travel innovation. The demonstrations prompted product inquiries and further discussions about potential commercial cooperation.
Airwheel received positive feedback from buyers across different markets and secured orders and expressions of cooperation interest during Phase 1. These interactions also provided valuable insights into customer expectations and market-specific requirements.
Building on this initial response, Airwheel is continuing its engagement with international buyers throughout Phases 2 and 3.
Phase 2: Bringing Smart Travel Experiences Closer to Global Buyers
From October 23 to 27, Airwheel is exhibiting at Booth 20.2F19–20, presenting several smart rideable suitcase models to international buyers, distributors and trade visitors.
The Phase 2 showcase focuses on electric riding, intuitive controls and practical travel applications, giving visitors opportunities to explore the products and discuss their potential in different markets.
Among the featured products, the Airwheel SE3SXD Full-Intelligent Ai Electric Cabin Luxury Suitcase represents the brand's latest efforts to advance intelligent functionality and user experience.
The SE3SXD supports one-touch riding-mode activation, with an automated mechanism that extends the front wheel and smart riding handle to facilitate the transition into riding mode. Companion app controls and Apple Find My support further expand its connected features, helping position the suitcase as more than a conventional luggage product.
From live riding demonstrations to product consultations and business discussions, Airwheel aims to help international buyers better understand the evolving smart rideable suitcase category and evaluate its potential across different travel scenarios.
Beyond the Riding Experience: Engineering for Practical Travel
While the ability to ride a suitcase is an immediately recognizable feature, its suitability for everyday travel also depends on battery design, structural engineering, storage capacity and charging convenience.
Airwheel's smart rideable suitcase is equipped with a removable modular 73.26Wh lithium battery. The battery holds multiple international certifications and complies with global standards, and is permitted for carriage as carry-on baggage on flights. Its detachable design allows users to separate the battery to meet airline and railway regulations for easier security checks before travel.
The suitcase bodies use ABS and polycarbonate (PC) composite materials, with structural designs intended to balance riding functionality, everyday storage and luggage protection.
Selected models also feature USB output interfaces to provide a convenient way to charge compatible personal electronic devices while traveling.
Together, these design considerations support Airwheel's broader effort to develop smart rideable Cabin Luxury suitcases that combine distinctive functionality with practical travel requirements.
A Broader Product Portfolio for Different Travel Needs
As travel preferences and consumer expectations vary across markets, Airwheel continues to expand its smart rideable suitcase portfolio to address different users, trip lengths and travel scenarios.
The range includes compact cabin suitcase models, larger-capacity rideable luggage and products designed for children.
SE3S Series: Smart Luxury Cabin Suitcases
For travelers who prioritize portability and flexibility, Airwheel's 20-inch smart rideable suitcases form a key part of the portfolio.
The Airwheel SE3SL+, SE3SX and SE3SXD offer a combination of electric riding and connected features. Their riding speeds can reach up to 9.9 km/h under specified operating conditions, while Apple Find My support helps users locate compatible luggage through Apple's ecosystem.
Depending on the model, the companion app also provides functions such as speed adjustment, riding-structure control and lighting settings.
Positioned across the smart cabin suitcase, electric carry-on and luxury suitcase categories, the SE3S series brings together mobility, travel-oriented design and intelligent functionality in a compact format.
SE3T: A 24-Inch Rideable Ai Wheel Suitcase for Larger Packing Needs
For travelers who need additional storage capacity, the Airwheel SE3T offers a larger-format alternative.
Featuring a 24-inch suitcase body and approximately 48 liters of storage space, the SE3T combines increased packing capacity with electric riding functionality. Its riding speed can reach up to 13 km/h under specified operating conditions.
The model provides another option for travelers whose journeys require more luggage space, extending Airwheel's portfolio beyond compact cabin-oriented designs.
SQ3S Kids Suitcase: A Smart Rideable Suitcase for Children
Airwheel also addresses family travel through products designed for younger users.
The Airwheel SQ3S is designed for children's travel scenarios, with a riding speed of up to 6.5 km/h and interactive features that include audio functionality. It combines rideable design with travel-oriented entertainment, offering families another option for making journeys more engaging.
From compact cabin suitcases to larger travel luggage, and from adult-oriented products to children's models, Airwheel continues to develop a differentiated portfolio for diverse consumer needs.
Technology Development and International Design Recognition
Product innovation depends not only on external design but also on sustained research and development, engineering expertise and industrial design capabilities.
Airwheel continues to develop technologies across motion control, electric drive systems, intelligent sensing and structural engineering. The company has accumulated more than 600 global patents, while its trademark portfolio extends across 168 countries and regions, supporting its ongoing development of intelligent mobility products and international brand presence.
Airwheel's products have also received recognition in international design competitions. Its smart rideable suitcases and children's smart luggage have earned awards and distinctions from a range of design organizations, including the Creative Design Awards, iLuxury Awards, Asia Design Prize, French Design Awards and MUSE Design Awards.
These recognitions reflect the brand's continued engagement with industrial design and product innovation across international markets.
By combining technical development, product design and a broader portfolio, Airwheel is exploring how intelligent mobility technologies can be integrated into familiar travel products to address evolving consumer expectations.

Shared Zurich office, integrated functions and new growth initiatives lay the foundation for the next phase of collaboration
ZUG and ZURICH, SWITZERLAND - October 22, 2026 - naoo AG (Dusseldorf: Ticker: NAO; ISIN: CH1323306329), operator of the naoo social media and commerce platform, has completed the integration of Kingfluencers into the naoo Group. The integration process began with the acquisition of Kingfluencers in March 2025 and concludes at the end of October with the move to a shared office in Zurich.
Since the acquisition, the two companies have gradually integrated their organizational structures and operations. Shared functions have been established, particularly in Finance, Commercial and People. Most recently, joint growth initiatives have also been launched, combining the naoo platform with Kingfluencers’ creator network, client relationships and commercial capabilities.
At the end of October, the operational teams of naoo and Kingfluencers will move into shared offices at Molkenstrasse 15, directly next to Zurich’s historic Helvetiaplatz, close to the Volkshaus and Europaallee. This physical consolidation marks the visible completion of the integration process. naoo AG’s registered headquarters will remain in Zug.
With the integration now complete, Gregor Doser has decided to hand over his operational responsibilities to the existing leadership team and step down from the management teams of both naoo AG and Kingfluencers AG. Gregor Doser and naoo are currently discussing a potential future strategic advisory role.
Doser joined the Group in May 2025, shortly after the acquisition of Kingfluencers, and has since served as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director of Kingfluencers, as well as a member of the Executive Management of naoo AG. In this role, he played a key part in the commercial development of Kingfluencers and, in particular, in integrating the company into the naoo Group.
“Gregor has guided the integration process with great care and strategic clarity, making a significant contribution to bringing Kingfluencers and naoo together. We sincerely thank him for his tremendous commitment and the smooth handover to the operational team, and wish him all the best in the next chapter of his career,” says Thomas Wolfensberger, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kingfluencers AG and Founder & Strategic Advisor of naoo AG.
Gregor Doser adds: “With the teams and business areas now successfully integrated, I believe this is the right time to hand over operational leadership to the well-established management team. I am proud of what we have achieved together and look forward to following the Group’s continued development.”
Gabriel Höhener will also step down from the Executive Management of naoo AG. As part of the organization’s ongoing development, product responsibilities have been consolidated under Dr. David Liu.
Gabriel Höhener has been with naoo since 2022 and most recently served as Chief Product & Technology Officer and a member of Executive Management. In this role, he was responsible for technical product development and made a substantial contribution to building and advancing the naoo platform. During a formative phase of the company’s development, he established important foundations for today’s product and played a key role in shaping its evolution. naoo thanks Gabriel Höhener for his outstanding personal commitment, his important contribution to building the platform and the many years of collaboration.
With the integration complete, the naoo Group is increasingly focusing on scaling its joint growth initiatives and strategically expanding the naoo platform. A key priority is the expansion of naoo Play, its entertainment and streaming offering, which aims to attract additional audiences and increase user engagement through new digital entertainment formats, particularly Vertical Short Dramas. In parallel, the existing social media, community and gamification features, as well as naoo Worlds, will continue to be developed. Kingfluencers’ extensive creator network, client relationships and marketing expertise provide valuable synergies to expand the platform’s reach, unlock new monetization opportunities and drive growth across both companies.
