BRISBANE, AUS, Sept 16, 2026 - Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) (OTCQX: GMGMF) ("GMG" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the official opening of its Gen 2.0 Graphene Manufacturing Plant ("Gen 2.0 Plant") by Honourable Bryson Head, Queensland Government State Member for Callide and Assistant Minister for Regional Development, Resources and Critical Minerals. The Company initially announced the operation of the Gen 2.0 Plant on July 6, 2026 - https://graphenemg.com/gmg-reaches-major-commercial-milestone-with-on-time-startup-of-second-generation-technology-graphene-production-plant/. As shown in Figure 1.0 and the following Youtube clip: https://youtu.be/FRzGY5dtTw8, Mr. Head officially opened the Gen 2.0 Plant at the Company's Boundary Facility and Company Headquarters on August 19 2026, referring to the opening of the Gen 2.0 Plant as an important step for Queensland's Critical Minerals and advanced-manufacturing ambitions. "It demonstrates how local innovation can move beyond the laboratory and into commercial-scale production, creating skilled jobs, strengthening sovereign capability and building new value-added industries," Mr. Head said. "Projects such as this better position Queensland to capture more of the economic value from the global energy transition. By developing and manufacturing high-performance materials locally, we can support more resilient supply chains while contributing to the technologies needed for sustainable energy, transport and industry. The Queensland Government welcomes this investment and the confidence it shows in our state's people, resources, and capabilities. Critical minerals are increasingly fundamental to our economic security, sovereign capability and the technologies that will shape the global economy for decades to come," Mr. Head added. "Congratulations to the GMG team that made Gen 2.0 possible for reaching this significant milestone." GMG's Chairman and Director, Jack Perkowski, commented: "The official opening of the Gen 2.0 Graphene Plant positions GMG to demonstrate how its graphene production capabilities can support the Company's next phase of growth." About GMG GMG is an Australian based clean-technology company which develops, makes and sells energy saving and energy storage solutions, enabled by graphene manufactured via in house production process. GMG uses its own proprietary production process to decompose natural gas (i.e. methane) into its natural elements, carbon (as graphene), hydrogen and some residual hydrocarbon gases. This process produces high quality, low cost, scalable, 'tuneable' and low/no contaminant graphene suitable for use in clean-technology and other applications. The Company's present focus is to de-risk and develop commercial scale-up capabilities, and secure market applications. In the energy savings segment, GMG has initially focused on graphene enhanced heating, ventilation and air conditioning ("HVAC-R") coating (or energy-saving coating) which is now being marketed into other applications including electronic heat sinks, industrial process plants and data centres. Another product GMG has developed is the graphene lubricant additive focused on saving liquid fuels initially for diesel engines. In the energy storage segment, GMG and the University of Queensland are working collaboratively with financial support from the Australian Government to progress R&D and commercialization of GMG Graphene Batteries. GMG has also developed a graphene additive slurry that is aimed to improve the performance of lithium-ion batteries. GMG's 4 critical business objectives are: Produce Graphene and improve/scale cell production processes Build Revenue from Energy Savings Products Develop Next-Generation Battery Develop Supply Chain, Partners & Project Execution Capability For further information please contact: Craig Nicol, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of the Company at craig.nicol@graphenemg.com, +61 415 445 223 Leo Karabelas at Focus Communications Investor Relations, leo@fcir.ca, +1 647 689 6041 www.graphenemg.com Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accept responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this news release. China State Construction Int'l MiC Tech Gains Momentum, Completed-Home Sales Policy in the Chinese Mainland Accelerates Industry Transformation

HONG KONG, Sept 16, 2026 - As the Chinese Mainland’s property sales system gradually shifts from a “sell-before-build” model to a “build-before-sell” approach, construction speed, delivery certainty and capital turnover efficiency are becoming key factors in reshaping developers’ competitiveness. Leveraging its early-mover advantage in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and large-scale delivery capabilities, China State Construction International Holdings Limited (“China State Construction International” or the “Group”, stock code: 03311), provides property developers with a more reliable solution to shorten construction cycles, reduce capital tied up and accelerate cash collection under the new completed-property sales model. Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Natural Resources and the National Financial Regulatory Administration jointly issued the Notice on Improving the Commodity Housing Sales System, which stipulates that commodity housing projects must complete structural topping-out before obtaining pre-sale approval. The policy also gives priority to completed-home sales for newly granted land parcels and commodity housing projects that have not yet obtained construction planning permits. The policy direction implies that developers will receive cash inflows at a later stage, driving the industry away from a model heavily reliant on pre-sale cash flow and towards a new competitive landscape centred on product delivery capabilities, project management expertise and capital efficiency. MiC technology transfers key construction processes, including structural works, MEP systems, fit-out and equipment installation, to a factory environment before modules are transported to project sites for rapid hoisting and assembly. With more than 70% of construction work completed off-site, MiC can reduce overall construction time by approximately 60% compared with traditional building methods. Through standardisation, industrialised production and parallel construction processes, MiC helps reduce on-site uncertainties and post-completion rectification works, improving quality consistency and delivery predictability. The technology is particularly suitable for residential developments, affordable housing projects and large-scale public livelihood projects where speed, quality and cost control are critical. The Group has established both concrete MiC and steel-structure MiC technology systems and is advancing multiple projects across Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hong Kong, thereby building cross-regional replication and delivery capabilities. The Group currently owns 12 prefabrication manufacturing bases equipped with 85 intelligent production lines, with an annual production capacity of 130,000 modules. It has gradually established a fully integrated industrial value chain spanning technology research and development, manufacturing and project delivery, providing scalable industrialised construction solutions for property developers. In the first half of 2026, the Group’s MiC business recorded rapid growth, with projects covering first-tier cities in the Chinese Mainland and expanding into second-tier markets. The Group has undertaken a number of residential projects, including Shenzhen Huazhang New Affordable Housing, Beijing Huapichang, Shanghai Tianlin Road, Tongzhou Jiukeshu and the light public housing in Kai Tak. The Tongzhou Jiukeshu project is the first MiC commercial residential development in the Chinese Mainland, fully demonstrating the applicability of MiC technology in the residential sector and laying the groundwork for the Group to undertake larger-scale projects in the future. As the property sector undergoes a transformation in its development model, the Group will continue to leverage its integrated strengths in “Technology + Investment + Construction + Asset Operation” to drive the large-scale adoption of MiC technology. Through more efficient and controllable construction solutions, the Group aims to help developers enhance delivery capabilities, optimise capital turnover and adapt to the new requirements brought about by completed-property sales, while contributing industrialised construction momentum to the development of high-quality housing.
