Angkor Resources Presents Its Proposed 2027 Work Program For Block Viii to The Cambodian Government at the Joint Review Committee

GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA - October 21, 2026 - ANGKOR RESOURCES CORP. (TSXV: ANK OTCQB: ANKOF) (“ANGKOR” OR “THE COMPANY”) announces that its Cambodian energy subsidiary, EnerCam Resources Co., Ltd. (“EnerCam”), presented its 2026 work program results and its proposed 2027 work program for Block VIII to the Royal Government of Cambodia at a Joint Review Committee (“JRC”) meeting held October 6, 2026 at the Ministry of Mines and Energy (“MME”) in Phnom Penh. Under the terms of EnerCam’s Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”), the Joint Review Committee meets twice each year to review progress on Block VIII with the government. The EnerCam team delivered technical, administrative and logistics presentations covering geology, geophysics, drilling, the Environmental Impact Assessment (“EIA”) and corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) programs, along with the proposed 2027 budget. Mike Weeks, President of EnerCam, commented: “Twice a year we sit down with the Ministry and walk through everything - the geology, the seismic, the well design, the environment work and what we’ve done in the communities. The feedback from the Ministry was positive, and the questions were the right ones for a project getting close to the drill bit. We’re now updating the 2027 budget and the 2026 actuals, so the Ministry has the full picture as we move to the tender and to drilling Cambodia’s first onshore wells.” EnerCam was represented in person by Mike Weeks, President, Mads Braemer, CFO, and Country Manager Bunchhay Yun, with technical team members Dr. David Johnson, Keith Edwards and John Koch, and Angkor CEO Delayne Weeks joining by video link. THE MEETING AT A GLANCE EnerCam reported its 2026 activities against the approved 2026 work program and proposed its program for Exploration Stage 1 - Year 3, running January 1 to December 31, 2027. The 2027 program targets the start of exploration drilling in 2027, with North Bokor planned as the first well. Three approvals were received in 2026: the CSR Program, approved by MME on May 13; the Health, Safety and Environment Manual, approved by MME on August 24; and the drilling EIA, approved by the Ministry of Environment on September 15. EnerCam is now updating its 2027 budget and its 2026 budget-to-actual comparison for MME. Click here to see Figure 1: EnerCam presents its drilling and testing procedures to the Block VIII Joint Review Committee, October 6, 2026. 2026 WORK PRESENTED TO THE COMMITTEE Geology. Oil seep samples collected in 2025 were analyzed in 2026, and the results are consistent with the 2015 Schlumberger evaluation, indicating a thermogenic source. A surface coal sample analyzed by the Institute for Energy Technology (IFE) in Norway indicates the source rock is within the early to peak oil generation window. Field studies carried out with students at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (“ITC”) helped define the trend and plunge of the northern axis of the North Bokor anticline and identified quartz arenite sandstones at surface with 13–14% porosity. Geophysics. The team completed interpretation of the two key unconformity surfaces, the Indosinian 1 and Indosinian 3 horizons, converted seismic sections to depth, and ran seismic attribute and pre-stack amplitude analysis. Proposed drilling locations were selected to sit within closure, intersect the strongest seismic amplitudes, and test fractured Permian carbonates below the Indosinian 1 surface. Drilling. EnerCam completed the engineering design and detailed program for the drilling, completion, stimulation and testing of its exploration wells. Each well is designed to be completed in a full production configuration, flow-tested for four weeks, and then shut in for a 12-week pressure build-up, so that the test yields a definitive answer on the commerciality of the reservoir. During 2026 the team made two visits to China to meet three potential drilling service providers, and hosted site visits to Block VIII by two potential drilling contractors. Environment and CSR. The drilling EIA, prepared by Cambodian consultant Green Assessment Co., Ltd., was submitted to the Ministry of Environment on May 12, 2026, reviewed at an inter-ministerial meeting of five Ministries and three provinces on July 14, and approved on September 15. Under its previously approved CSR Program, EnerCam promised and did install playgrounds at 11 primary schools in three provinces, benefiting approximately 3,900 students, and has installed latrines for selected poor families in one district, with further installations being coordinated with local authorities. Four ITC students completed three-month internships with EnerCam in geoscience departments. THE 2027 PROGRAM With drill targets identified in 2025 and confirmed with drilling detail in 2026 during years 1 and 2, EnerCam proposed that Year 3 of Exploration Stage 1 be directed to prepare for exploratory drilling. The schedule presented to the Committee includes: preparation of the drilling tender document, followed by government review and approval before the tender is published to bidders; bid selection in early 2027, followed by drill pad construction and mobilization of the rig, services, casing and wellheads; import permits for downhole perforating charges and for the radioactive sources used in well logging, with EnerCam’s request for an MME support letter for the perforating charges planned for October 2026; drilling of the North Bokor well, which, as previously reported, has the largest of the three mapped Bokor closures at a mean area of 100 square kilometers, followed by a second well; a field program of seep and source-rock sampling and laboratory analysis to further test the elements of the petroleum system; and processing of additional seismic data recorded on adjacent lines during the 2025 survey, giving denser coverage over the South and Central Bokor locations. As Cambodia imports 100% of its hydrocarbon-based energy products, discovering a national domestic supply of oil and gas remains a high priority. The Company will continue providing further updates on the drilling tender, drilling contractors and well-planning progress at regular intervals. ABOUT ANGKOR RESOURCES CORP. From curiosity to career: Delta’s DREAM Flight continues to build the aviation talent pipeline

For approximately 160 aspiring aviators from across the Atlanta metro, Oct. 20 was the day the sky stopped being the limit. Students boarded Delta’s 26th annual DREAM Flight at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport for the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, Ala., for a firsthand look at the careers that could one day be theirs. Students from local Atlanta schools and organizations including, Rex Mill Middle, Elite Scholars, the Kindezi Schools, Morrow High School, OBAP ACE Academy and The Atlanta Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen S.T.R.E.A.M. Program spent the day exploring what it takes to connect the world through flight and meeting the people who make it happen. Rotating through four interactive experiences, students toured the Airbus A320 Final Assembly Line and took part in a scavenger hunt on aircraft manufacturing. They tackled aviation-themed activities and challenges at the Old Canteen Center, operated drones and flight simulators at Flight Works and explored the Advanced Manufacturing Program and facilities at Bishop State Community College. Before heading home, students heard from a panel of Delta and Airbus leaders at Bishop State, including Kurt Ford, Managing Director of Flight Training; William Cossey, Managing Director of Supply Chain Management; Tyesha Gray, Director of Human Resources; Julian Anugom, Director of In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity; and Roderick Rogers, Head of A220 Quality Product Improvement at Airbus. These leaders shared their own career journeys and answered questions about navigating the industry. “Every student on this flight has the potential to become a pilot, engineer, technician or leader. Representation can be a powerful catalyst for unlocking potential, especially when students see people who look like them building, flying and leading in this industry.  Delta’s DREAM Flight helps them better understand the variety of career pathways in the aviation industry,” said Keyra Lynn Johnson, Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Social Impact Officer.  DREAM Flight’s founder honored This year, former Delta pilot and U.S. Air Force veteran John Bailey was inducted into the OBAP Hall of Fame at the organization’s annual conference. The honor recognizes Captain Bailey’s long career dedicated to opening doors for young people who dream of flying, from helping bring OBAP’s ACE Academy to Delta to founding Delta’s DREAM Flight. After flying military transport aircraft for the U.S. Air Force, including missions in Vietnam, Bailey joined Delta in 1973. As a newly hired pilot based in Boston, he often flew round-robin charter flights around the city for terminally ill children, and those flights sparked the idea to create a similar experience for kids who dreamed of becoming pilots. In July 2000, Bailey piloted the first DREAM Flight to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C., with 150 students from Atlanta City Schools on board. An all-Black crew of Delta pilots volunteered their time to operate the flight, and members of the Tuskegee Airmen greeted students in Washington. They returned to Atlanta on time, and 26 years later, DREAM Flight remains a one-day journey from takeoff to touchdown. Growing the next generation of aviators  Delta’s DREAM Flight bridges the gap between early curiosity and future career options by building students’ interest in aviation through fun, hands-on educational experiences and pairing them with mentors. By making these foundational experiences readily available and financially accessible, Delta’s partnership with OBAP has successfully reached more than 4,000 young people to date. Many DREAM Flight alumni have gone on to build careers at Delta, including: First Officer Kyle Foley was just 12 years old when he boarded the very first DREAM Flight in 2000. Seeing the pilots and controls up close for the first time set him on a path that led to a career flying for Delta. First Officer Curtis Jackson took DREAM Flight as a teen and grew up looking up to Bailey as one of Delta’s pioneering pilots. Bailey’s advice to keep pushing himself until he reached his goals stayed with Jackson on his path to the flight deck. DREAM Flight is one of several Delta programs, including WING Flight, ACE Academy and the National Flight Academy, that introduce students to aviation careers and expand the aviation talent pipeline. Working together to expand horizons Airbus and Delta have long shared common goals for the future of travel from the talent in the industry to the aircraft to get us there. Earlier this year, Delta announced the addition of 31 next-generation Airbus widebody aircraft to its fleet, an investment that will fuel international growth and accelerate fleet renewal in the years to come.  “We talk a lot about the future of aviation, but you can’t actually build that future without bringing new voices and fresh perspectives into the fold,” said Roderick Rogers, Head of A220 Quality Product Improvement in Mobile. “Opening our doors in Mobile to Delta’s DREAM flight is our way of showing these students that there is a very real, accessible place for them in this industry, whether that's in the cockpit or right here on the manufacturing floor.” Mobile is one of five cities worldwide where Airbus commercial aircraft are assembled. The Mobile Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility has more than 2,000 employees who produce A320 and A220 Family aircraft for customers in the U.S. and Latin America. Earlier this fall, Delta and Airbus also partnered on Delta’s 11th annual WING (Women Inspiring Next Generation) Flight, which brought 160 young women from Atlanta to the same Mobile facility in celebration of Girls in Aviation Day.

NIGEL BARNETT’S TELECOM ACQUISITIONS LTD TAKES BACK CONTROL FROM TALKTALK GROUP

Wednesday 21 October, 2026 Nigel Barnett, CEO of West Sussex based Telecom Acquisitions Ltd (TAL Group), has repurchased the 51% shareholding held by TalkTalk Group for the past four years. The buyback was planned over 18 months, with both parties working closely together to reach a successful outcome. During TalkTalk’s tenure, TAL Group doubled in size and now serves more than 80,000 customers every month. Continued growth across the group Home Telecom, one of the group’s leading brands, continues to grow, receiving more than 30,000 introductions a month from people moving house across the UK. With energy and Sky TV now added to its range, Home Telecom offers movers a complete home-services package. Both before and during TalkTalk’s involvement, TAL Group acquired 17 residential broadband customer bases. This has allowed the business to grow both organically and through acquisition, with several further deals in the pipeline that it hopes to complete before Christmas. Service that sets it apart In September 2025, TAL Group moved to new premises in Horsham, West Sussex. It now employs more than 100 people, both in the office and working from home around the UK. The company is one of the few residential broadband suppliers to offer a 24-hour service, 365 days a year. The quality of that service is reflected in more than 20,000 Trustpilot reviews and a 4.7 rating. TAL Group is also one of the few broadband suppliers to offer all the major networks, plus the larger altnet operators, through a single postcode checker, making it easy for homeowners to find the best available service in one search. CEO comment Nigel Barnett, CEO, said: “This is a different outcome from the one I expected four years ago, but it was an opportunity I simply couldn’t miss. I’m incredibly proud of my daughter, Sasha Barnett, who has taken the reins and shows the same passion for the residential business that I’ve always had. Having come from the B2B sector with Global 4, I’ve found the residential market refreshing and fast-moving. I’d like to thank TalkTalk for their support over the last four years.” ENDS NOTE TO EDITORS Telecom Acquisitions Group consists of four trading brands Home Telecom, Fleur Telecom, Eclipse Broadband and EZE Talk residential. Further customers from Bulldog Broadband, Cuckoo, Gigabit Networks, Link Broadband, No One internet, Open-Fibre, Earth Broadband, Hive Telecom, Infinics Broadband, Neatley, Origin, Homeshift.
