Wolfson Group To Bring Multi-Category Wellness Portfolio to OneLavi

Boca Raton, Florida Friday Oct 9, 2026 @ 4:00 AM Eastern — Wolfson Group, a Scotland-based international consumer wellness company, today announced that three brands from its portfolio, PhenQ, TestoPrime, and YourBiology, are coming soon to OneLavi.com, marking another step in the company's strategy to expand U.S. distribution beyond Amazon. The upcoming OneLavi availability will provide another online destination for U.S. consumers to discover and purchase Wolfson Group brands while supporting the company's broader effort to build a diversified retail and e-commerce presence in the United States. "Expanding onto OneLavi is another important step in making our brands more accessible to consumers across the U.S.," said the founder and CEO of Wolfson Group. "Amazon has provided us with a strong foundation in the market, and we're now building on that presence by developing additional channels for our portfolio." The three brands coming to OneLavi represent distinct areas of the consumer wellness market. PhenQ focuses on weight management, TestoPrime serves the men's wellbeing category, and YourBiology focuses on women's gut health and everyday wellness. The expansion follows a series of U.S. initiatives by Wolfson Group as the Scotland-based company works to broaden its American presence. In September, Wolfson Group participated in the ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where the company introduced its multi-category portfolio during scheduled retail meetings. Wolfson Group has also been examining how consumer wellness interests increasingly extend across multiple categories, including weight management, cognitive wellness, gut health, men's and women's wellbeing and healthy ageing. The company believes its diversified portfolio provides opportunities to serve consumers with different wellness priorities throughout various stages of life. Adding OneLavi to Wolfson Group's U.S. distribution strategy reflects the company's approach of building multiple paths to the consumer rather than relying on a single marketplace or retail channel. "Our U.S. strategy is about creating a broader and more sustainable distribution footprint over time," the founder said. "Adding new online retail relationships complements what we've already built and gives us another foundation as we continue exploring opportunities across both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail." Wolfson Group said it will continue pursuing additional U.S. distribution opportunities while investing in consumer education, science-led brand development and long-term growth across its portfolio. PhenQ, TestoPrime, NooCube and YourBiology are already available to U.S. consumers through Amazon. Their upcoming availability on OneLavi will add another online retail channel as Wolfson Group continues building a broader U.S. distribution footprint.  About Wolfson Group Wolfson Group is an international consumer wellness company focused on building science-led brands that help people live healthier lives. Its portfolio spans weight management, cognitive health, gut health, men's wellness, beauty and healthy ageing, serving millions of consumers worldwide through direct-to-consumer, marketplace and retail channels. Wolfson Group's portfolio includes the established wellness brands PhenQ, TestoPrime, NooCube and YourBiology, spanning categories such as weight management, cognitive wellness, gut health and men's wellbeing. The brands are currently available to U.S. consumers through Amazon while the company pursues broader retail opportunities nationwide.

Fullerton and SGX Group open second Value-Up Singapore Equities Challenge to the public with new Open Category

SINGAPORE, Oct 9, 2026 - Fullerton Fund Management (“Fullerton”) and SGX Group, in partnership with Moomoo Singapore as Supporting Partner, launched the second edition of the Fullerton / SGX Value-Up Singapore Equities Challenge(1) (“The Challenge”) to the public for the first time, inviting Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 18 and above to test their investing skills on Singapore-listed small and mid-cap companies over eight weeks, with cash prizes for the top performers. The inaugural Challenge in 2025 was open to students only. This year’s edition adds an Open Category for the public while retaining the Student Category. Participants in both categories will research and manage virtual portfolios of eligible Singapore-listed securities, with a focus on Singapore’s small- and mid-cap (“SMID”) segment. The trading simulation does not involve real capital. The Challenge comes as interest in Singapore’s SMID segment grows. As of 30 June 2026, institutional net buying in SMID stocks had tripled year on year to S$606 million, while daily trading value rose 155% to S$310 million, its highest level since FY2014(2). The Challenge gives participants a structured and practical way to learn more about companies beyond the Straits Times Index. Open Category Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 18 and above, the Open Category will run from 7 December 2026 to 29 January 2027 over an eight-week online trading period. Participants compete individually, constructing and managing portfolios from an eligible list of Singapore-listed securities. They will be ranked in real time on a leaderboard based on total portfolio return, with cash prizes of S$3,000, S$2,000 and S$1,000 for the top three participants. Student Category The Student Category returns for its second year and is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 18 and above who are enrolled full-time in polytechnics or universities. Participants compete in teams of four in the same eight-week simulation, using eligible Singapore-listed securities focused primarily on the SMID segment. The top six teams from the qualifying round will advance to an in-person stock-pitch final, where they will present their research and investment thesis to a judging panel. The top three teams will receive cash prizes of S$10,000, S$5,000 and S$3,000. The category is designed to connect classroom learning with practical exposure to investing, industry practitioners and potential 8-month internship opportunities, through the Fullerton Singapore Value-Up Internship Programme. Building disciplined investment habits The Challenge is designed to encourage disciplined portfolio construction rather than concentrated bets. Participants must establish positions within the first five trading days. From 14 December 2026, portfolios must maintain at least 80% exposure to eligible securities at the end of each trading day, with cash holdings capped at 20%. When initiating or adding to a position, exposure to any individual eligible security must not exceed 10% of the portfolio’s total value. Each portfolio may hold no more than 30 eligible securities; leverage, margin and derivatives are not permitted. Through the Challenge, participants will be able to: Gain first-hand experience in researching and evaluating Singapore-listed companies. Develop practical habits around portfolio construction, risk management and investment decision-making. Build a stronger understanding of opportunities available within Singapore’s equities market beyond the benchmark index. Ken Goh, Chief Investment Officer, Fullerton Fund Management, said:  “Over the past year, we have seen growing interest in Singapore equities, reflecting broader recognition of the depth and diversity of our domestic market. The objective of the Fullerton/SGX Value-Up Singapore Equities Challenge is to motivate participants to identify and capture rising shareholder value, by encouraging young investors and members of the public to research companies, assess their potential and construct portfolios with greater discipline. The Challenge also supports our broader commitment to talent development. Participants from the inaugural Challenge have since joined Fullerton as interns, demonstrating how practical exposure can help inspire and nurture the next generation of investment professionals. Through this Challenge, we hope to contribute to a more informed and engaged Singapore equities market, with a broader base of investors participating in its long-term development.” Ng Yao Loong, Head of Global Financial Markets, SGX Group, said: “In every market, there is a difference between what is well known and what is well understood. The Fullerton/SGX Value-Up Singapore Equities Challenge encourages participants to close that gap by researching the SMID segment, testing their assumptions and forming their own investment perspectives. By opening the Challenge to the public, we hope more people will discover the breadth of the Singapore stock market and deepen their understanding of the businesses behind it.” Jeyson Ng, CEO, Moomoo Singapore said: “We are pleased to support Fullerton and SGX, both of whom are Moomoo’s long-term strategic partners in the Singapore ecosystem, in making investing education more accessible to students and the wider public. Through practical learning resources on Singapore equities, company research and portfolio construction within the Moomoo app, we hope to help participants build the confidence and foundational skills to better understand the market. The Challenge also provides a meaningful platform for us to engage aspiring talent and nurture the next generation of finance and technology professionals.” Registration for both categories is open until 30 November 2026. A participant may register for either the Student Category or the Open Category (provided that it meets the relevant eligibility requirements), but not both. From Phase III Trials to Commercialization Partnerships, MindRank's AI Drug Development Value Comes into Focus

Hong Kong, Oct 9, 2026 - As AI Drug Development Approaches Commercialization, MindRank Marks a Key Business Milestone How much value can AI create in the discovery and development of new medicines' For investors following the sector, the answer lies in tangible progress in drug development and business execution. A platform’s ability to consistently generate drug candidates, advance lead assets through clinical development and secure recognition from industry partners provides an important basis for assessing an AI drug developer’s growth potential. The recently announced commercialization partnership by MindRank AI Ltd. (MindRank, hereinafter “MindRank”) offers a new window into this question. On September 28, 2026, MindRank announced an exclusive commercialization partnership with 3SBio (01530.HK) subsidiaries Sunshine Mandi and Wansheng Pharmaceutical for MDR-001, its internally developed, AI-designed oral small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist. Covering mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, the agreement carries a potential total transaction value of up to RMB1.75 billion, alongside a substantial share of sales revenue. MDR-001 is currently undergoing a pivotal Phase III clinical trial in China in adults with obesity or overweight. For MindRank, a clinical-stage AI-native drug discovery and development technology company, the partnership further connects drug development with commercialization planning. It lays the groundwork for marketing its lead asset following potential approval and establishes a clearer pathway for translating AI-driven research into commercial value. As its lead asset advances through pivotal clinical development, MindRank has begun preparing for post-approval marketing and channel coverage, extending the product’s development pathway into commercialization. Under the agreement, Sunshine Mandi and Wansheng Pharmaceutical will provide exclusive, comprehensive services and distribution across all channels following MDR-001’s launch. MindRank will retain all rights, title and interests in the product’s intellectual property and remain responsible for clinical development, regulatory submissions, manufacturing and supply. The transaction includes up to RMB150 million in payments for collaboration rights, up to RMB1.6 billion in royalty payments upon the fulfillment of agreed conditions, and a substantial share of sales revenue. From a business-model perspective, the agreement establishes a clear division of responsibilities. MindRank will continue investing in research and product development, while its partners will provide exclusive, comprehensive services and distribution across all channels within the agreed territories following regulatory approval and launch. In an industry that requires sustained investment, this collaboration could help MindRank retain its core asset rights while drawing on its partners’ commercial capabilities to support launch preparations and focus its own resources on strengthening its core capabilities. The partners’ willingness to make commercialization arrangements for an investigational drug also provides a new reference point for assessing its potential industry value. Clinical data address whether a product merits further development, while commercial partnerships indicate whether industry participants are willing to take part in its subsequent development. Together, these elements make MindRank’s growth story more tangible. A Lead Asset in Phase III Provides a Clearer Basis for Assessing AI-Driven R&D Capabilities The core asset underpinning the partnership is MDR-001, which continues to advance through development. In February 2026, MindRank announced that the first participant had been dosed in MOBILE, its Phase III clinical trial of MDR-001. According to the company, the multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study plans to enroll approximately 750 participants across around 50 clinical centers in China to further evaluate the product’s long-term efficacy and safety. This means the evidence available to assess MindRank’s AI-driven R&D capabilities now extends to larger-scale, late-stage clinical research. For investors, the lead asset’s entry into Phase III sharpens the focus on several key questions: whether long-term efficacy can be further validated, whether safety and tolerability findings can be sustained, and whether the product can establish clinically meaningful competitive advantages. Previously disclosed Phase IIb findings supported further development. In the study, which enrolled 317 adults with obesity or overweight, participants in the MDR-001 dose groups achieved mean reductions in body weight from baseline of 8.2% to 10.3% after 24 weeks, compared with 2.5% in the placebo group. The rate of treatment discontinuation due to treatment-emergent adverse events was 0.8%. Common adverse events were primarily gastrointestinal and mostly mild to moderate. These findings remain subject to further validation in subsequent studies. For weight-management medicines, product value depends on a combination of weight-loss efficacy, long-term safety, tolerability and ease of use. Compared with the injectable peptide-based GLP-1 medicines that currently dominate the market, MDR-001’s oral small-molecule formulation can significantly improve medication adherence, while its large-scale manufacturing costs are substantially lower than those of peptide-based medicines, offering considerable market potential and commercial value. These attributes provide a promising direction for its future product positioning, although translating them into a competitive advantage will require continued accumulation of clinical evidence. Beyond progress in product development, R&D efficiency is another important lens through which to assess MindRank. According to the company, MDR-001 progressed from project initiation to preclinical candidate (PCC) nomination in just eight months, during which approximately 80 small molecules were synthesized. Its investigational new drug (IND) application was cleared in the United States within 19 months of project initiation and MDR-001 advanced to Phase III in China in approximately 4.5 years. In its July 2026 financing announcement, the company further disclosed that cumulative direct R&D investment in the program, from initiation through the start of Phase III in China, totaled approximately US$23 million. These timelines and investment figures provide a more concrete basis for understanding how MindRank organizes drug discovery and development. For drug developers, development timelines and funding requirements directly affect how many programs they can advance, how long they can sustain development and how they allocate resources to subsequent work. AI’s commercial significance must also be assessed within these real-world R&D constraints. As a flagship application of MindRank’s AI-driven drug discovery and development system, MDR-001 offers a traceable development pathway: from molecular design to clinical research and, subsequently, commercialization partnerships. The platform’s capabilities are beginning to be tested through tangible business outcomes. This provides capital markets with a more useful basis for understanding the company’s technology value than descriptions of algorithms or model parameters alone. Beyond the Lead Asset, Long-Term Growth Depends on Sustained Platform Output MDR-001 is the central focus of MindRank’s business progress at this stage, while the company’s long-term growth potential also depends on its ability to continue developing new drug assets. According to the MindRank, its  end-to-end AI drug development engine, MAP (Molecule Arts Platform), integrates biology, chemistry, computation, experimental validation and clinical learning into a unified drug discovery and development system. In July 2026, the company announced that it had completed a cumulative US$52 million Series B financing in stages, with proceeds earmarked for further platform development and the advancement of its clinical and preclinical pipeline. In September 2026, the company formally launched Intera (Intelligence Era), its life-sciences foundation model system, and released a technical report on InteraFold-Chem, the first model in the InteraFold series. From an operating perspective, platform development and pipeline advancement have the potential to reinforce each other. R&D programs bring real-world problems and experimental feedback to the platform, while platform iterations support the discovery and optimization of subsequent programs. Ultimately, the platform’s value must be reflected in sustained output: its ability to advance more molecules with development potential across different targets and disease areas, gradually building a business supported by multiple assets. MindRank has already expanded beyond metabolic diseases. In March 2025, the company disclosed that MRANK-106, an oral dual inhibitor of WEE1 and YES1, had received IND approval in the U.S. in oncology. This development provides another case through which to assess the applicability of its AI platform across different R&D areas, although the product’s potential remains subject to subsequent clinical validation. In earlier-stage research, the company disclosed in April 2026 that a collaborative study on drug discovery for Alzheimer’s disease, conducted by MindRank, the University of Macau and Imperial College London, had been published in Nature Biomedical Engineering. The work combined AI screening with experimental validation to identify small molecules meriting further investigation, demonstrating the company’s research capabilities and exploration at the forefront of drug discovery for complex diseases. These programs are at different stages, and their contributions to the company’s value need to be assessed separately. MDR-001 remains the main focus of current clinical development and commercialization preparations, while other pipeline programs and research support the platform’s broader applicability and long-term project portfolio. As more programs deliver verifiable progress, outside observers will be better positioned to assess whether the company can consistently replicate its R&D capabilities. Viewed through this lens, the recent commercialization partnership offers an opportunity to reassess MindRank. Its lead asset has entered pivotal clinical development, partners are participating in commercialization preparations at an early stage, financing supports continued R&D, and its presence across multiple areas preserves opportunities for future growth. These interconnected developments make the company’s development trajectory easier for capital markets to understand. MDR-001 remains in clinical development and has not yet received marketing approval. Its future value realization depends on clinical results, regulatory approval and commercial execution. Nevertheless, the business progress achieved to date provides a more concrete basis for assessing MindRank. For investors following opportunities at the intersection of AI and innovative medicines, the central question worth tracking is whether the company can progressively translate its established R&D capabilities into more verifiable drug assets and commercial outcomes.
