DataTracks Extends Pillar Two Filing Support to Australia and New Zealand

WEYBRIDGE, UK, Oct 28, 2026 - DataTracks, a software and services provider for regulatory reporting, has extended its BEPS Pillar Two filing support to Australia and New Zealand. Groups with Australian entities can now prepare and validate their GloBE Information Return (GIR) and the Australian Taxation Office's (ATO) Combined Global and Domestic Minimum Tax Return (CGDMTR) on DataTracks Oxbow, with lodgment carried out by a registered Australian tax agent partner. The service comes ahead of 31 December 2026, when multinational groups with a 30 June year end, the standard balance date in Australia, must lodge their first Pillar Two returns with the ATO. For many of them it will be the first time the global minimum tax moves out of modelling and provisioning and into an actual filing. In the first global filing cycle, DataTracks completed close to 500 Pillar Two filings for more than 160 clients across 10+ jurisdictions. DataTracks is listed by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) as a commercial software supplier for UK Pillar Two returns and GloBE Information Returns. "The first cycle showed us where Pillar Two filings come under pressure. It is in the last few weeks before a deadline, when a schema has changed, an identifier has been reused or an access request is still waiting. Australia has more of those moving parts than most, with its own forms, its own lodgment channels and a notification that has to agree with what was filed overseas. Groups headquartered in the UK, Europe and India, and their advisers, have asked us to support their Australian lodgments, and we are now doing that," said Saurabh Satija, VP Sales, UK & Ireland and Global Head, BEPS & Pillar Two, DataTracks. Why Australia Is Different Australia applies the full Pillar Two suite. Its income inclusion rule and domestic minimum tax have applied since 1 January 2024, and its undertaxed profits rule since 1 January 2025. An Australian subsidiary therefore carries obligations of its own, wherever its group files the GIR. Those obligations look different from the European returns most groups filed in the first cycle. The ATO sets out four lodgment requirements, made through two separate returns. The GIR is lodged on its own as an XML file. The other three sit in one form, the CGDMTR, which combines the Foreign Lodgment Notification (FLN), the Australian IIR/UTPR Tax Return (AIUTR) and the Australian DMT Tax Return (DMTR). Where the GIR is filed overseas, the FLN is how the Australian entities tell the ATO where it was filed. A GIR is required even where the top-up tax is nil. The ATO is also exact about the file itself. Every GIR lodged in Australia must carry the Bulk Business Document Message (BBDM) wrapper, and its message and document identifiers must follow the OECD schema rules. A "successfully submitted" message does not mean the return has been accepted: the ATO validates it afterwards, and a GIR with critical errors has to be corrected and lodged again. Where a group wants to use a tax agent that is not already linked to its ATO account, it has to request the account and role by secure mail before the agent can be nominated, which adds time the group does not control. The calendar leaves little room. Groups with a 31 March year end were due to lodge their first returns by 30 September 2026. Groups with a 30 June year end follow on 31 December 2026, and calendar-year groups already in scope lodge for their second year by 31 March 2027, on the shorter 15-month window that applies after the first year. "My advice to any group with Australian entities is to sort out access early," Satija added. "If your lodging agent is not already linked to your ATO account, that request goes by secure mail and sits outside your hands. For 30 June year ends, with the first deadline on 31 December, that is where the timetable is most likely to slip, and the GIR and the FLN cannot be deferred." How the Service Works The group or its adviser completes the GloBE computation. The data is entered in a jurisdiction-specific template and checked in Oxbow against more than 200 validation rules and the current ATO specification, with any error traced back to its source cell before lodgment. Oxbow then builds the GIR in the OECD XML schema with the ATO's BBDM wrapper and identifier rules applied, and prepares the CGDMTR data alongside it. DataTracks' registered Australian tax agent partner lodges both, and the ATO's validation outcome is recorded for each entity. During the first cycle, when regulators were still finalising validation rules, DataTracks updated the platform weekly so that filings were made against current logic. It has also filed UK Overseas Return Notifications, which serve a similar purpose to Australia's FLN. New Zealand New Zealand has taken a different route. It has not introduced a qualified domestic minimum top-up tax, and instead applies an income inclusion rule and undertaxed profits rule from 1 January 2025, with a domestic income inclusion rule for fiscal years beginning on or after 1 January 2026. The GIR is filed with Inland Revenue in the OECD XML format through myIR, unless a foreign-headquartered group files it in a jurisdiction that will exchange it with New Zealand and notifies Inland Revenue. The designated New Zealand constituent entity then files a multinational top-up tax (MTT) return, which Inland Revenue expects to open in myIR in April 2027. DataTracks prepares and validates the New Zealand GIR, including Inland Revenue's rule that message and document identifiers begin with the designated entity's IRD number, for the group or its New Zealand tax agent to file in myIR. It will support the MTT return once it opens. Availability Australian lodgment support is available now. New Zealand GIR preparation and validation is also available now, with support for the MTT return to follow when Inland Revenue opens it in April 2027. IBU-tec Steps up International Customer Contacts at Battery Trade Shows in the USA and India

IBU-tec presents its battery materials product portfolio at the Battery Shows in Detroit (USA) and Greater Noida (India) Trade show presence strengthens visibility in the international battery and automotive industries Numerous contacts with potential customers also beyond the trade shows WEIMAR, GERMANY - October 27, 2026 - IBU-tec advanced materials AG (“IBU-tec,” ISIN: DE000A0XYHT5) is expanding its international presence in the battery sector. At the world’s most important Battery Shows in the USA and India, IBU-tec was represented with its own booth. At the German Pavilion of the Battery Show in Detroit, USA, in mid-October, IBU-tec held promising discussions with potential customers. The Democratic Governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer, visited IBU-tec at its booth and, in discussions with IBU-tec, emphasized the high relevance of a secure value chain for battery material production in North America. With its many years of process know-how and its outstanding technology platform, IBU-tec is strongly positioned, and also meets all regulatory requirements for battery material production in the USA. At the German Pavilion of the Battery Show in Greater Noida, India, IBU-tec likewise held technical discussions with numerous trade show visitors over a total of three days and presented its extensive battery product portfolio. In this way, IBU-tec was able to provide potential new international partners with well-founded insights into its development projects, products, and service offerings in both the anode and cathode segments. In addition to the focus on LFP battery material, activities also centered on various discussions and meetings outside the trade show in order to further expand IBU-tec’s own raw material sources. The presence on the growing sales markets of India and the USA corresponds to IBU-tec’s internationalization strategy and reinforces the company’s strong global positioning as a European supplier in the battery ecosystem. At the same time, it confirms IBU-tec’s growing international visibility. The Battery Shows in the USA and India are the leading events for the global battery industry and, in addition to international battery corporations, also address large OEMs and various service providers in the battery sector. This year, global players such as Siemens, Stellantis, and LG, among others, took part in the events. In total, more than 34,000 participants attended the shows in India and the USA. Ulrich Weitz, CPO of IBU-tec: “Through our trips to India and the USA, we were able to deepen existing collaborations and initiate new partnerships. With this, we are taking our international activities to the next level and reinforcing our claim to be a global battery company.” About IBU-tec The IBU-tec Group develops and produces innovative materials of the highest quality for industry. It combines unique, partly patent-protected thermal process technology with the process and material know-how of around 230 highly qualified employees. The company's own products include LFP battery material, which is an important component of batteries for electromobility and stationary energy storage, as well as solutions for air purification, resource conservation or the reduction of plastic packaging. IBU-tec is thus positioned for the long term in global megatrends - especially climate and environmental protection - and has an international customer base ranging from innovative medium-sized companies to global corporations. SUSS Optimizes Global Production Network to Support Continued Growth and Updates Guidance for Fiscal Year 2026

SUSS responds to continued strong order intake in the third quarter and a high order book by optimizing its global production network Consolidation of manufacturing activities at the two largest production sites in Zhubei (Taiwan), and Sternenfels/Germany, enhances scalability, efficiency and customer proximity in Asia Updated guidance reflects one-off expenses, temporary effects from the production relocation and current supply chain constraints GARCHING, GERMANY - October 27, 2026 - SUSS (MDAX/TecDAX: SMHN), a leading manufacturer of equipment and process solutions for the semiconductor industry, is further optimizing its global production network in response to the continued strong demand for its advanced packaging and semiconductor manufacturing solutions and reflects the one-off effects associated with this optimization in its updated guidance. Order intake remained at a high level in the third quarter, and the order book reached a new record level. The strong order book increases visibility into future business development and underscores the importance of a scalable and efficient manufacturing structure. Against this backdrop, SUSS is optimizing its global production network in order to create the foundation for the company's continued growth and to further enhance its ability to meet customer demand reliably. SUSS Relocates Production Activities from Garching to Zhubei (Taiwan) and Sternenfels (Germany) In this context, the Management Board today resolved, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, to concentrate SUSS production activities at the company's two largest manufacturing sites. The production of mask aligners will gradually be consolidated at the Zhubei (Taiwan) site, while module manufacturing will be concentrated in Sternenfels. Production activities at the Garching site will consequently be discontinued. The measure will be accompanied by a workforce adjustment affecting approximately 70 employees. SUSS is committed to implementing the changes in a socially responsible manner and in close and constructive dialogue with employee representatives. "With this realignment, we are enhancing the scalability of our manufacturing processes, reducing internal interfaces and bringing key production capacities closer to customer markets in Asia," explains Dr. Thomas Rohe, COO of SUSS MicroTec SE. "By consolidating our production activities, we are creating a more efficient and scalable manufacturing structure. This provides the foundation to reliably meet sustained customer demand and support the continued sustainable growth of SUSS." Strong Commitment to Germany as a Manufacturing, Research and Development Hub Germany's importance to SUSS remains unchanged. Research and development, key manufacturing, application and technology expertise, as well as the company's headquarters, will remain in Germany and continue to be expanded. “We are firmly embedded in a strong network of research institutions and benefit from a unique innovation ecosystem in Germany and Europe. We intend to remain an active part of this ecosystem going forward,” said Burkhardt Frick, CEO of SUSS MicroTec SE. "With our new development and application center currently under construction in Karlsruhe, we are making targeted investments to further strengthen our innovation capabilities and reaffirm our long-term commitment to Germany as a business location." In mid-October, SUSS also announced a strategic partnership with Ignite Next, a European platform connecting leading semiconductor companies, start-ups, investors and research institutions. Guidance Update: Effects from Production Relocation and Current Supply Chain Situation While Demand Remains Strong In connection with the approved optimization of the production network, SUSS expects one-off expenses of approximately EUR 6.2 million, of which around EUR 4.5 million are expected to be incurred in fiscal year 2026 based on current planning. In addition, the company expects temporary effects on revenue recognition resulting from the production relocation. The updated guidance also reflects the currently constrained supply situation for certain components, which is expected to result in revenue being deferred into fiscal year 2027. Accordingly, the Management Board has adjusted its guidance and now expects revenue in a range of EUR 405 million to EUR 425 million (previously: EUR 425 million to EUR 485 million). The EBIT margin is now expected to be 5% to 7% (previously: 8% to 10%). Guidance for the gross profit margin of 35% to 37% remains unchanged. “By optimizing our production network, we are aligning our manufacturing footprint with the requirements of SUSS' next phase of growth. The associated short-term impacts represent a deliberate spending in greater scalability and operational efficiency. This positions us to benefit from the continued growth of the semiconductor equipment market while further strengthening our global competitive position," explains Dr. Cornelia Ballwießer, CFO of SUSS MicroTec SE. The Quarterly Statement as of September 30, 2026, will be published as scheduled on November 5, 2026. Note on alternative performance measures (APM): The definitions of alternative performance measures used in this announcement are published on the website https://www.suss.com/en/investor-relations/apm.
