HONG KONG, Sep 5, 2026 - Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government, CENTRESTAGE, Asia’s annual premier fashion event and a flagship programme of the third edition of Hong Kong Fashion Fest, concluded successfully today. The four-day fair attracted over 12,000 trade buyers from 93 countries and regions, setting a new attendance record. Buyer from Vietnam, Russia, US and Malaysia recorded notable growth. This year, CENTRESTAGE and Salon de Time, the HKTDC’s concurrent fashion event, were fully open to the public for free admission. Counting public visitors alone for the two fairs, over 20,000 attendances were recorded. This enthusiasm promotes cross-sector exchange between the fashion and lifestyle industries and creates new business opportunities for industry players while underscoring Hong Kong’s unique strengths as Asia’s fashion hub and an East-meets-West centre for international cultural exchange.
The four-day 11th CENTRESTAGE was fully open to the industry and the public for free admission, attracting over 12,000 trade buyers from 93 countries and regions to enter, with an enthusiastic response.
Smilely Lam, Associate Executive Director of the HKTDC, said: "For many years, CENTRESTAGE has been committed to assisting fashion brands and designers in expanding into international markets. Entering its 11th edition this year, the fair brought together some 270 brands from 24 countries and regions, setting a record high in the number of participating brands. This includes several internationally renowned design brands participating in Hong Kong for the first time, such as DOUCAN and holynumber7 from Korea; Woody from Austria and VICETA WANG from Australia. The fair also drew a record number of local and international buyers for sourcing and business matching, including those from top-tier retail giants with global sales networks such as the United Kingdom’s Dover Street Market London and Selfridges, Italy’s 10 Corso Como, and Korea’s Musinsa. The dynamic interactions between exhibitors and buyers demonstrated that the fair successfully fostered cross-sector exchanges among fashion, art, cultural creativity, and lifestyle industries, opening up innovative modes of collaboration. This reflects how the fashion industry is rapidly integrating with diverse creative fields to unlock greater commercial potential. More than a showcase of design creativity, CENTRESTAGE serves as a vital platform that helps brands enhance visibility, expand business opportunities, and reach international markets."
The annual mega event CENTRESTAGE gathered some 270 brands from 24 countries and regions to participate, with the number of participating brands reaching a record high this year. The Austrian pavilion made its debut at CENTRESTAGE, presenting seven sustainable fashion brands, including Woody, which carries on a classic wooden-clog craft with more than a century of history. On the third day of the fair, a Korean fashion show themed “SEOUListic: The Future is Sustainable” further showcased Korean designers’ creativity and sustainability ethos. Former IZ*ONE member Lee Chaeyeon performed as a special guest. The atmosphere was electrifying, underscoring the international appeal of Korean fashion.
Industry optimistic about streetwear brands markets as cross sector collaboration becomes a key trend
To understand the latest developments and market trends in the fashion industry, the HKTDC interviewed over 350 exhibitors and buyers on-site during the fair. The survey revealed an optimistic sentiment among respondents, with 96% expecting overall sales to remain steady or grow in the next 12 to 24 months. In terms of product trends, 58% of respondents identified fashion design as the most popular product category. Meanwhile, streetwear and cross-sector collaboration emerged as focal points, with 73% agreeing or strongly agreeing that brand crossovers and IP partnerships will become increasingly prevalent in the coming year, underscoring the market potential of integrating fashion with streetwear brands and IPs.
Responding to the rapid development of streetwear in recent years, CENTRESTAGE introduced the brand-new Hype² pavilion for the first time this year, spotlighting multiple fashion labels spearheaded by local celebrities and KOLs. Several brands launched about 30 limited-edition and debut products during the fair, with celebrities also visited the zone for close interaction with fans. Fashion brand and online store Claro was founded this year by actress Rosita Kwok. She said: “We joined the fair to strengthen the positioning of the new brand and to stay on top of market trends. During the event, we attracted interest from buyers in the Chinese Mainland, Japan and Germany, laying a foundation for future market expansion. Through direct engagement with shoppers and fans at the fair, we were also able to gather valuable feedback for the brand.”
CENTRESTAGE introduced the Hype² pavilion for the first time this year, launching about 30 limited-edition and debut products during the exhibition period. The "Hype² Fashion Show" was also held during the fair, with over 10 trendsetting brands collectively showcasing their design characteristics and brand styles in a bustling atmosphere.
Cross-sector collaboration collections also caught the attention of buyers. Local designer Janko Lam's brand "Classics Anew" collaborated with ink painting artist Kan Tai-keung, transforming Kan's ink art into inspiration. Their first collaboration collection, "Quartet", was officially launched at CENTRESTAGE. This year’s CENTRESTAGE also strengthened on-the-ground support for local exhibiting brands. Ronald Chan, founder of gothic silver jewellery brand Devil Claw and a participant in the pre-fair workshop, said: “The mentors provided highly valuable practical guidance. The workshop made me realise that international buyers look beyond design and price, and place even greater importance on a brand’s operational capability and potential for long-term partnership.” He added that the brand generated tens of thousands of Hong Kong dollars in on-site retail sales during the exhibition and entered discussions with new buyers from France and Taiwan.
Designer Janko Lam's brand "Classics Anew" and ink painting artist Kan Tai-keung launched their collaborative fashion collection "Quartet" at the fair. Both attended in person to show their support, demonstrating the infinite possibilities of cross-sector collaboration.
Active business exchanges between brands and buyers as the platform plays a superconnector roleKorea debuted as the "Featured Partner" of the fair for the first time. Jointly organised by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), HISEOUL SHOWROOM, and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong, presenting 12 renowned designer brands from Seoul. In addition, the Gyeonggi Fashion Creative Studio brings 10 distinguished fashion labels from Gyeonggi Province. Wilfred Chung, Project Manager of KOTRA Hong Kong, commended CENTRESTAGE’s quality business-matching environment. He said the stylish and sophisticated setting brings fresh experiences: “Visitor traffic on the pavilion’s opening day exceeded expectations, attracting more than 400 visits. Some brands have already reached deals with Hong Kong buyers to launch offline retail at a major shopping mall in Kai Tak.”
In addition to connecting with Hong Kong buyers, CENTRESTAGE also helped brands in the Korean pavilion expand into international markets. Antonio Shin, founder and designer of the namesake Korean fashion brand, presented the SS27 Collection featuring local fabrics and production. The brand successfully connected with department stores, chain retailers and specialty-store buyers from the Chinese Mainland, France, Germany, Kazakhstan, Russia and Thailand. First-time exhibitor Asparagus, a Seoul-based avant-garde brand offering genderless high-end fashion, also drew strong buyer interest. Founder and designer Je Lee said: “The brand attracted attention from buyers in the Chinese Mainland, Southeast Asia and Australia. The fair is expected to generate initial orders of about US$6,000 to US$7,000, giving us a strong boost as we expand in the Asian market.”
Including Korea, this year's CENTRESTAGE brings together exhibitors from 24 countries and regions, among which Austria, Colombia, the Faroe Islands, Malaysia, Slovakia, and the United Arab Emirates participated for the first time. Jennifer Feigll, Consul (Commercial Affairs) and Austrian Trade Commissioner for Hong Kong and Macao, and Head of Advantage Austria Hong Kong, led a national pavilion for the first time in the Circular Fashion zone, presenting seven sustainable brands, most of which were making their debut in Asia. She said: “The fair is an excellent starting point for entering Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and the wider Asian market. A number of brands have already begun discussions with buyers. Cape De Coeur’s waterproof cape, in particular, was featured by leading fashion titles Vogue and GQ.” Marianne Perkovic, Executive Chair, Australian Fashion Council, once again led a delegation to Hong Kong. She said: “The original plan of about 120 buyer meetings over the four-day fair increased to 180, with the strongest interest coming from buyers in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, Indonesia and Korea. The team is now in talks with a major local shopping mall in Hong Kong on pop-up and long-term store collaborations for a new project scheduled to open in 2027. In addition, leather brand West 14th has already secured concrete partnerships with buyers from Korea and Japan.”
The Canadian pavilion was led by the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong and Macao, bringing together a lineup of women-founded and women-led premium brands.
The fair attracted international buyers from leading department stores including Sophie Rose Davis-Evans, menswear and streetwear buyer at renowned British department store Selfridges, who was visiting CENTRESTAGE for the first time. She noted that the fair's diverse portfolio of brands provides an excellent platform for discovering emerging labels with strong potential for the UK and Western European markets. She said: “I met with more than 10 emerging brands during the fair, and two Hong Kong labels, peces and MURFI LAU, stood out in particular. We are negotiating a wholesale partnership.” Tifandy Okto, General Manager of Indonesia’s Galeries Lafayette, also overseeing sourcing for Sogo and Seibu, “We are particularly interested in Australia’s VICETA WANG and Chinese Mainland brand WANZZZ. Subject to suitable commercial terms, we plan to introduce their products to our retail outlets.”
Richie Chan, founder of well-known Chengdu fashion store Triple Major, visited the fair for the first time and spoke highly of the exhibition, noting that it successfully met his dual objectives of retail sourcing and elevating his own fashion brand. He placed three orders on the spot, including Danish brand Henrik Vibskov, which meets Paris Fashion Week standards, and Thai brand Collector Project, founded by a graduate of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Belgium. He also connected with Austrian premium fabric supplier Lenzing to upgrade his own brand, and described the visit as highly rewarding.
The fair featured seven themed zones covering a diverse range of fashion sectors and design styles. New this year, the Perfume zone brought together renowned fragrance brands from around the world, with more than 20 brands making their Hong Kong debut. The zone attracted strong visitor interest and maintained a lively atmosphere throughout the fair. Moon Li, Founder of Artis Cultural Association, praised the fair's extensive media exposure and sophisticated presentation, noting that both had provided participating international perfume brands with outstanding visibility and results that far exceeded expectations. She said: "We were pleasantly surprised by the large number of fragrance enthusiasts in Hong Kong and their strong purchasing power. We expect on-site retail sales during the fair to reach HK$100,000." The fair also arranged business matching sessions to help exhibitors explore further collaboration opportunities. Looking ahead, Li expressed her special hope that, through CENTRESTAGE, the Perfume zone could evolve into Hong Kong's flagship fragrance event.
The newly introduced Perfume zone this year brought together well-known fragrance brands from around the world. The area was lively, with steady streams of visitors.

This not only brought a rich visual feast to the industry and the public but also fully demonstrated the vitality and advantages of Hong Kong as a "mega-event capital". The event also underscored designers' commitment to presenting their latest collections, showcasing the exchange and integration of local and international fashion creativity.
The grand opening fashion show, CENTRESTAGE ELITES, took place first on 2 September, putting the spotlight on KIT WAN STUDIOS, a multidisciplinary design and visual art studio. SHENZHEN, CHINA - China Medical System Holdings Limited (“CMS” or the “Group”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Dermavon Holdings Limited (“Dermavon”, an innovative pharmaceutical company specialized in skin health which is applying for a separate listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) received the approval from the National Medical Products Administration of China (NMPA) for the New Drug Application (NDA) of ruxolitinib phosphate cream (Lumirix®) for the treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (“AD”) on 2 September 2026. The drug registration certificate was obtained on 3 September 2026. The product is indicated for the topical short-term and non-continuous chronic treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in non-immunocompromised adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable.
The NDA for indication AD has been approved for inclusion in the Priority Review List by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the NMPA based on its qualification as a “new variety, dosage form and specification of pediatric drug that conforms to the physiological characteristics of children”, which effectively shortened the product's review process and accelerated the marketing approval for the AD indication.
From “First Topical JAK Inhibitor” to Indication Expansion, Lumirix® Continues to Deliver Clinical Value
In January 2026, Lumirix® was approved for marketing by the NMPA, becoming the first topical JAK inhibitor approved in China for the treatment of vitiligo. The approval of this NDA for the additional indication of AD offers a novel treatment option for pediatric patients 2 years of age and older, adolescent and adult AD patients, with safety and efficacy supported by clinical data*.
Previously, Lumirix® achieved positive results in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase III clinical trial in China for mild to moderate AD:
· Robust Efficacy: Lumirix® successfully met its primary endpoint— a significantly higher proportion of patients treated with Lumirix® achieved IGA (Investigator's Global Assessment) of 0 or 1 with at least two grades of reduction from baseline at week 8, compared with placebo (63.0% vs 9.2%, P < 0.001). For the key secondary endpoint, the proportion of subjects achieving at least a 75% improvement from baseline in the Eczema Area and Severity Index score (EASI 75) of treatment with Lumirix® was also significantly higher than that of the placebo group, at week 8 (78.0% vs 15.4%, P < 0.001).
· Favorable Safety Profile: the severity of treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAE) during the treatment period was mostly mild or moderate, with no TEAEs leading to discontinuation of the study drug. Overall, Lumirix® was safe and well-tolerated.
*Based on Phase III clinical data from China and overseas.
Building the AD “treatment + care” Solution to Strengthen Dermavon's Skin Health Layout
AD is a chronic, recurrent and inflammatory dermatologic disease. According to CIC Report, there were over 54 million AD patients in China in 2024[1]. To address the needs of AD patients from treatment to daily care, Dermavon has built a comprehensive “treatment + care” solution:
· Topical formulation: Lumirix® (mild-to-moderate AD) – Marketed in China
· Injectable biological agent: Comekibart Injection (moderate-to-severe AD) – Under NDA review in China
· Oral small molecule targeted drug: CMS-D001 (moderate-to-severe AD) – Phase II clinical trial
· Daily repair: Heling Soothing Product Series – Marketed in China
Simultaneously, the indication expansion of Lumirix® will strengthen Dermavon’s strategic layout in the field of skin treatments and create synergies with its commercialized innovative drug ILUMETRI (tildrakizumab injection), commercialized exclusive drug Hirudoid (mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream), and a series of innovative drugs under development and dermatological skin care products, in terms of expert network and market resources, thereby potentially enhancing Dermavon's market competitiveness and brand influence in the field of skin health.
About AD
AD is a chronic, recurrent and inflammatory dermatologic disease, with the main clinical manifestations of dry skin, chronic eczema-like lesions and obvious itching or pruritus, which may seriously affect the quality of life of patients. It is estimated that there were over 54 million AD patients in China as of 2024. Based on SCORAD scores, mild to moderate AD accounts for 98% of these cases, representing over 52.5 million patients[1]. Topical drugs are the most basic treatment for AD. Traditional topical medications such as topical corticosteroids (TCS) and topical calcineurin inhibitors (TCIs) have clinical pain points with long-term adverse reactions or limited efficacy, therefore novel treatments are urgently needed.

The programs align with the Company's hybrid prospect generator model, under which partners fund the majority of exploration expenditure with Kincora generating large-scale porphyry system targets. The air-core programs complement ongoing asset-level partner discussions and are expected to add scale and value while upgrading Kincora's geological concepts.
HIGHLIGHTS
Sole funded budget of up to A$3-million
Board approval for extensive air-core drilling seeking to systematically and cost effectively advance 17 targets across four projects (Nyngan West, Fairholme, Cowal East and Trundle) expanding existing known mineralised porphyry systems and testing of new targets.
Formal process with potential new asset level partners progressing with strong interest.
Kincora's net cash position is forecast to further increase in both September and the December quarter with further receipt of proceeds from the US$10-million divestment of our Mongolian projects 1. Kincora's last reported cash balance was A$12-million 2.
Programs for 340 holes and over 25,000 metres
Nyngan West: Maiden drilling across both ultramafic and Macquarie Arc porphyry targets.
Fairholme: Seeking to expand a structurally controlled gold system at the Gateway target from a 1.6km to 2.6km strike, advance the adjacent Dungarvan target and expand three porphyry copper system targets in the northern portion of the license. Maiden drilling proposed across the strategically located southern Nerang target.
Cowal East: Series of drill lines across six targets stepping out from two known intrusive systems and maiden drilling of regionally significant geophysical anomalies.
Trundle: Very shallow drilling across a total of 19km2 area in the north, south and Dunns section of the project seeking to replicate the success of similar programs at the Northparkes project that have led to multiple porphyry copper-gold deposit discoveries situated within the same interpreted caldera.
Condobolin update: Full assay results pending for the completed 9-hole, 2,615 metre program with localised higher-grade gold and base metals 3. Independent review proposed to confirm interpretation of a Reduced Intrusion System geological target model and refine follow up.
New opportunities: Kincora continues to review a pipeline of new opportunities where it has a competitive advantage to add shareholder value including recent claim extensions of targets at the Fairholme and Cowal East projects. The Company is proactively utilising Geomorphic AI's proprietary system in the review process with thirty reviews undertaken to date 4.
President & CEO, Sam Spring, commented:
"We are excited to embark on an extensive air-core drilling program over the upcoming Spring and Summer field season, systematically advancing four key projects across our NSW portfolio.
Our projects and targets compete for capital and resourcing. These programs are designed to quickly and cost effectively test and advance our geological concepts, add scale and value, and position the highest-priority opportunities for larger-scale exploration.
Importantly, this work complements our hybrid prospect generator strategy. Following extensive independent, internal and next-generation technical reviews, we have commenced a formal process with potential new asset-level partners for a number of our more advanced and brownfield porphyry projects with strong initial interest. The planned sole funded drilling programs will complement this process.
With partner-funded drilling by AngloGold Ashanti continuing, management fee income being generated and further proceeds expected from the US$10-million divestment of our Mongolian portfolio, Kincora is well positioned to fund these programs while continuing to grow our net cash position and pursue new growth opportunities."

STRATEGY AND PROJECT OVERVIEW
As part of Kincora's ongoing portfolio review process, the Company's Technical Committee has evaluated the exploration and corporate strategy for each of its wholly owned NSW projects, with a focus on systematically advancing opportunities and generating shareholder value.
These reviews consider both technical and commercial factors in-line with the Company's hybrid prospector generator model, under which the majority of exploration expenditure is funded by asset level partners. Kincora's role is to secure prospective ground and undertake earlier stage, lower cost exploration activities to advance and validate geological concepts ahead of larger-scale drilling programs.
Recent internal and independent reviews across the portfolio have identified significant open and highly prospective areas within various wholly owned projects where extensions of mineralisation and/or open geophysical anomalies currently lack sufficient coverage to support deeper drilling. All targets and projects are ranked and compete for capital and resources, taking into account technical merit and operational considerations. From this process 17 targets have been prioritised for drilling during the upcoming Spring and Summer field season, when ground conditions and access are generally favourable for air-core drilling.
As discussions with potential partners advance around earn-in and joint venture funding models capable of supporting multi-year, multi-phase drilling, Kincora has also pegged open ground adjacent to priority targets at the Cowal East and Fairholme projects. The Company is now seeking to sole fund over 25,000 metres of air-core drilling at four projects. These programs are in addition to ongoing partner-funded drilling with AngloGold Ashanti, which has been underway since the 2025 end of year holiday break.
Air-core drilling is a fast and cost-effective technique for collecting basement samples under shallow cover to test and refine target areas mapping mineralisation, alteration, lithology and depth. These results help generate, test and refine targets and this technique has been a key phase in many significant discoveries in the Lachlan Fold Belt.
The spacing of Kincora's programs are reflective of the nature of the target, stage of exploration at the target and seeking to gain coverage over significant geophysical anomalies to help refine and determine where more detailed and expensive drilling is warranted.
NYNGAN WEST PROJECT
The Nyngan West project includes a single large licence (207.4km2) with no outcrop and has not previously been drill tested or basement rocks sampled. The project is prospective for two different mineral systems and is located to the immediate west of the Company's Nyngan project which is included in an earn-in and joint venture agreement with AngloGold Ashanti where drilling is ongoing testing maiden porphyry system targets. The program at Nyngan West is expected to be completed before year end.
Sole funded Kincora drilling will test two porphyry targets for potential extensions of the Junee-Narromine Belt of the Macquarie Arc under relatively shallow interpreted cover.
Drilling is also proposed to test a regionally significant magnetic high, gravity low anomaly and structurally controlled extensions interpreted to be part of the Fifield Suite. These targets are highly prospective for various critical minerals including scandium, nickel and cobalt, which are often hosted on similar magnetic highs to the west of the Junee-Narromine Belt.
Such settings host Sunrise Energy Metals Limited's (SRL.ASX, market capitalisation A$2.9-billion) namesake project and adjacent ground to Nyngan West.
FAIRHOLME PROJECT
Previous drilling by major mining companies, predominately Newcrest, has defined an extensive structurally controlled gold with base metals mineralised footprint in the south of the project at the Gateway target and several earlier stage porphyry copper targets to the north.
Previous exploration predominately focused on a traditional Macquarie Arc porphyry copper deposit model rather than the recent Cowal-style epithermal gold and/or hybrid porphyry copper-gold methodology, often off the shoulders of such geophysical anomalies and with greater weighting on geochemical vectors and structure. This newer exploration model has resulted in significant recent exploration success in the Macquarie Arc by Evolution Mining at the Cowal mine, Alkane Resources at Boda-Kaiser deposit, Waratah Minerals at Spur discovery and LinQ Minerals at the Dam/Gidginbung projects.
Koonenberry Gold is shortly planning sole funded drilling at its Wilga project west of Kincora's Fairholme project (and noting Newmont is earning into Koonenberry Gold's Fairholme project immediately adjacent to the north of our Fairholme project).
Initial air-core and diamond drilling by Kincora has already expanded the structurally controlled gold and base metals system at the Gateway target from 600 metres to 1,600 metres 5 with the proposed program seeking to expand this a further kilometre, as well as advance the adjacent Dungarvan target. Follow up step out drilling is also proposed at three highly prospective porphyry copper targets in the northern portion of the licence, Anomaly 2, Driftway C and Manna Creek.
Land access and maiden drilling are proposed across the strategically located southern Nerang prospect. Drilling at Fairholme is expected to commence immediately after the Christmas-New Year break.
COWAL EAST PROJECT
Previously the focus of limited drilling by BHP and Newcrest, the Cowal East project sits immediately to the east, on the other side of Lake Cowal to Evolution Mining's flagship Cowal mine and as close as 4km north of the Marsden porphyry copper-gold deposit. Like other projects on the Cowal Igneous Complex, there is limited outcrop with basement masked by relatively shallow post mineral cover.
Earlier in 2026, Kincora completed a 'traditional' ground gravity survey which upgraded various targets 6, with Atomionics Pte Ltd's next generation 'quantum" gravity survey scheduled to commence in November.
Kincora has designed a series of drill lines across six targets stepping out from two known Macquarie Arc intrusive complexes and maiden drilling of regionally significant geophysical anomalies testing similar targets and settings that led to the discovery of Marsden.
TRUNDLE PROJECT
Kincora's Trundle project is hosted in the interpreted western rift of the Northparkes Igneous Complex and with previous drilling predominately by the major mining companies returning large mineralised footprints at/near surface in the north and south of the licence 7.
Recently completed internal and independent reviews have identified multiple prospective and open mineralised intrusion centres, seeking to test more optimal interplays of structures occurring along prospective zones characterised by strong gradients.
Very shallow drilling across a total of 19km2 area in the north, south and Dunns section of the project is seeking to replicate the success of similar programs at the Northparkes mine and other side of the same interpreted caldera that have led to multiple porphyry copper-gold deposit discoveries, including the E44 deposit which is currently the focus of a multiple rig program and potentially the first satellite deposit to the existing mill.
