With nearly 1,300 Wi-Fi-equipped aircraft and the Pacific now connected, Delta customers can enjoy free global Wi-Fi presented by T-Mobile across the airline’s full international network. SkyMiles Members traveling to and from the Asia-Pacific region can now access Delta’s award-winning onboard connectivity, closing the last coverage gap and making the connected travel experience more available across Delta’s global network.
For customers working across time zones, staying in touch with colleagues, family or simply keeping up with what matters most to them, onboard connectivity has become an increasingly important part of the travel experience. With free global Wi‑Fi now available across Asia-Pacific routes, SkyMiles Members in all cabins can stay connected on some of Delta's longest flights. Once boarding doors close, customers can easily connect on one or more devices to message, email, browse, scroll, share photos and more — including streaming videos on their own devices, in their own languages.

“We know how important connectivity is for travelers who want to stay connected wherever they fly, whether you're traveling for business, reconnecting with family or setting out on a long-awaited trip,” said Ranjan Goswami, Chief Marketing and Product Officer. “Bringing free global Wi-Fi across our international network is an important milestone in making the Delta experience more consistent and connected, especially on some of our longest journeys."
“Completing Delta’s global Wi-Fi coverage is a major and meaningful milestone for our customers, especially as we grow to meet increased demand for travel across the Asia-Pacific region,” said Jeff Moomaw, Vice President – Asia Pacific. “Together with our partners, we’re making it easier for customers to stay connected as they travel across the Pacific and beyond.”
Ready for your next Asia-Pacific adventure? With free global Wi-Fi now available across Delta’s trans-Pacific routes, customers can stay connected from takeoff to touchdown — and start planning what comes next. Explore Delta’s destination guides for Seoul and Hong Kong for travel inspiration, local highlights and tips to make the most of your journey.
The milestone also comes as new satellite capacity enters service across the Americas, which will further strengthen network capacity and support growing demand for reliable connectivity. Together with service expansion across Asia-Pacific, that added capacity helps support Delta’s broader goal of making onboard Wi-Fi feel more consistent wherever customers fly.
Delta operates one of the world’s largest connected fleets, with nearly 1,300 Wi-Fi-equipped aircraft—more than 95% of the airline’s fleet. Full fleet connectivity is expected by early 2027 as coverage extends to remaining Delta Connection regional jets and the narrowbody Boeing 717 fleet.
